Description
PSA: holiday cookies don’t have to cause a sugar crash! Try this super easy no-bake recipe that’s big on holiday cheer with none of the unhealthy sugar. Makes 12 cookies.
Roll dough into balls, approximately one tablespoon each, and place on a parchment lined tray. Flatten the balls of dough slightly, then mark a crosshatch pattern on the surface with the tines of a fork. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, melt the dark chocolate morsels in the microwave for approximately 30-45 seconds. Dip half of each cookie into the dark chocolate, then dip in crushed peppermints.
