This recipe is gluten-free and lactose-free and can be made vegan if you swap out the Vanilla Super Coffee with French Vanilla Super Coffee

Description

Fuel up with Chef Dan’s delicious, protein-packed shake to boost your energy and recharge tired muscles all in one. Prefer just Vanilla without the caffeine? You can easily swap in our Vanilla Super Creamer for an extra creamy boost. (Makes 32 ounces, or 2 servings)

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of Vanilla Super Coffee
  • ½ to 1 cup frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons toasted coconut flakes, plus 1 tablespoon for topping
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 date (optional) 
  • 1 serving of protein powder of choice (optional) 

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until creamy 
  2. Take creamy mixture and pour it into 2 glasses
  3. Top with 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes with a sprinkle of cinnamon
  4. Enjoy!
